One of my greatest passions is public speaking and connecting with people through transformative talks. In this moment, I am not just in the role of a therapist, but rather as a multiplier, mentor, and educator, offering a new perspective on essential themes for well-being and personal development.
 

My talks are inspired by my own story and those who have shaped me. I connect with the teaching heritage that runs in my family, from my great-grandmother, a teacher, to my brother, who worked in the public education system in Brazil. This connection motivates me to share what I have learned over more than 20 years of experience in Human Development and more than 5,000 consultations conducted.
 

What drives me is the mission to help women around the world say no to self-abuse—those habits of overwhelming oneself and placing everyone else's needs ahead of their own.
