Are you tired of feeling overwhelmed?

The time has come to learn to say "yes" to yourself and break the patterns that imprison you.

Perhaps you feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders and for that reason, looking to the future causes deep anguish and anxiety.

  • Demands at work.

  • Mental burden with home and family.

  • Constant pressure to be "perfect at everything."

  • Sometimes caring for elderly parents.

  • Children.

  • And much more that would not fit here!

These challenges leave you with no time for yourself. Limits seem non-existent, and the feeling of exhaustion only grows.

Can you relate? You’re not alone. Studies indicate that 70% of women report difficulty balancing their personal and professional lives (Source: American Psychological Association, 2023).

I understand you because I've been there. It's a feeling of being stuck watching life go by or running on a treadmill, not moving forward. My childhood, marked by challenges and lack of boundaries, taught me the impact of the patterns we repeat. The pain of not prioritizing myself led me to develop the thesis that has guided my work for over 10 years: Abuse is not just what happens outside of us. It's also how we treat ourselves!

Self-abuse occurs when we ignore our needs, allow others to overstep our boundaries, and put ourselves last. This compromises our self-worth and perpetuates patterns that have been around since childhood.

My goal? To help you break this cycle, build healthy boundaries, and reconnect with the woman you truly are.

Who is the Chegadeautoabuso Therapeutic Group for?

This group is for women who:

  • They feel like they live for others and never for themselves.

  • They are exhausted from trying to "keep it all together."

  • They want to regain balance and self-love.

  • They want to understand the roots of this pattern and break them.

  • They want to be better for themselves and thus be able to balance other roles such as being a mother, wife, caregiver, housewife, entrepreneur, etc.

In addition to everything I've already presented here, did you know that, according to data from the ANS, a Brazilian spends an average of R$1,200.00 per year on medication for anxiety and stress? And this amount rises to more than R$3,000.00 for consultations and isolated therapies that only treat the symptoms, but not the root of the problems.

With the ChegadeAutoabuso® program, you have a transformative solution for just R$997.00 — less than the cost of insisting on patterns that affect your health and quality of life.
